vCloud usage meter 3.4 Webpass Username does not exisits

Dear All,

I am trying to login to the https://myserver:8443/um/ however, it is asking for Both username and password, in Usage meter Version 3.4

it was not asking for username in the previous versions,

I already logged on the console using usgmtr and set the password using the webpass command,

I tried admin and usgmtr, both did not work on the Web Application.

Please help,,,,,,,,
